Front signal light

Hi all,

My son had a run in with a deer and my right signal light has been smashed. I purchased a replacement, but can not figure out how to remove the light casing. It appears you may have to take the bumper off to get at the screws, or the fender. HELP! any idea's how to do this easliy.

you remove the inner plastic fender well. so remove the tire and start unscrewing. its a real pain in the but just to change a signal light.

Do you know if there is a tool to remove those plastic clips?
