2007 Compass - what is this part called?

I'm new here yet i have had my 2007 Compass for about 6-7 months now. I'm hoping somebody here can tell me what the part is called that is missing from my Compass. it is located on the driver side floor, where my left foot goes. there are 2 screws coming out. looks like some kind of rubber foot pad is suppose to be there.

Any help would be great...

Oh, and excuse the dirty floor, lol.

It is simply called a foot rest. Thanks for posting the photo without it. I was planning to install a switch there for my air horn. How I know what's under it.
