Welcome to the Jeep Compass Of The Month Contest for March/April 2012!

Congratulations to previous months winner: tbsoundarts - you can view his Jeep Compass here.

Members have until April 22nd to post up pictures of their Jeep Compass. After April 22nd this thread will be closed for new submissions thread with a redirect to a new thread where members can vote for the COTM (Compass Of The Month) of their choice. On May 1st your votes will decide the winner for Jeep Compass Of The Month for March/April!!

Winners of the contest will have their Jeep Compass displayed on MyJeepCompass.com for the month of April!! As well winners will receive a *FREE* set of 2 MyJeepCompass.com Forum stickers for their Jeep Compass!

We do need to get this rolling again. How about this, now that June is almost over, I will start a thread on July 1? The first of every month we will have a new thread and we can accept submissions until the 15th of the month and then it will get turned over to the vote and the winner announced on the last day of the month. I don't want to see this contest go bust!

Sounds like a plan, Cherokee

Some thoughts:

keep the myjeepcompass stickers prize
if at all possible a Mopar gift voucher would be cool ($10-20)
make the submission and vote thread prominent on the home page, like the winner thread
can you do pop-up notifications to say submit or vote on an active thread?
be strict with the dates, especially the vote/winner
add win by deafult if there's not enough submissions
keep the 3 month off rule for winning or reduce to 2 months

All good suggestions and I agree with keeping to the dates, seems we had a bit too much overlap before. I will probably get the thread up tomorrow since I will be working most of the day Sunday and I do have some exciting ideas for this, so stay tuned! I will have to get with the Admin to see what we can't do to make this contest more of a prominent feature on the main page as well as see what I can do to either get the rest of the stickers sent to me for prizes or if anyone knows where we can have some made for a good price if we buy enough?

2 things that could be cool with the stickers is either make them internal stickers so they're more hidden on inside of glass through tint, or the other could be the simple white www.myjeepcompass.com as one line like others do, these would look cool diagonal on the rear side windows, along the angled rear section
