compass owner in NC with a question!

Hello all! I am the new owner of a 2007 Jeep Compass sport 4x2 with the 2.4L engine. The Jeep is a big upgrade over my old Pontiac. I want to give it a more aggressive look by changing the tires. Id like to put some truck type tires on it but I don't know where to start. Like could I put a larger truck tire on the stock rim? Would I need to have the suspension lifted? Any advice would be appreciated.

Also!

My first week I scratched the front end on a pole. Im considering getting the mopar jeep car bra. Anyone have any experience with these? How they look in person and if they are difficult to install.

Any tips or advice is welcome!

Welcome to the forum, glad to have you and congrats on your Compass! Any pics? We'd love to see your new ride! As for tires, that is one thing I'll leave the advice to the experts on but good luck and keep us posted on what you go with! As for the bra, I hear they work well as intended but aren't so good for the paint underneath.
