I'm currently debating about which mods to do first.. I previously owned a 97 neon which I did mod with a UDP and CAI along with some other "visual" improvements... ultimately right now I hope to gain knowledge over what can/can't be done in terms of performance mods as my Jeep is going to be under warrentee for a while.
