Jeep Compass from Bahrain

Hi everyone, I'm new in this forum.
I bought the 2007 Jeep Compass on year 2010. Almost one year drive this Jeep in Bahrain. On last November, I was drive to Muscat, Oman thru Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi & Dubai. Very interesthing & enjoying. So far the Jeep working perfect.
Yesterday, I found the problem on Jeep Compass. My Jeep Compass 2007 won't start. When I want to start the engine, sound like battery problem. I open the boot, check the battery, the cable joint at the battery losses. Then, I tighten the screw at battery connector. When the key insert into the ignition, the display appear 'SchLosses' & 'Turn Engine Off'. Can anyone share your expertise regarding this problem.

Updated regarding the above matter (Jeep Compass wont start).
Just replace a new battery, the engine can be start and can be drive.
Now the only problem is on the EVIC information. Still appear 'TurEnOff' then, 'SchLosses'.
Maybe I play around with EVIC button & settings.
