Hi Brents,
you just have to remove all the torx screw under.
There is like 3 panels, one small on the driver side, another small one on the passenger side, and one big center panel.
It's possible to change the bulbs if you only remove the small ones but I suggest you remove the center one also to have more space to work.

For the center one, you have torx screws at the edge of the bumper cover but you also have some (3 if I'm not mistaken) hexagonal bolts a bit farther.
