Now, I really don't follow pro football but I was amazed over the fan reaction to this game.
 Last evening when people were aware of the win the skies in my neighborhood lit up with fireworks, car horns and burglar alarms were blareing, a nearby casino boat was shooting large fireworks and blowing the whistle plus I could hear the shouts and cries of joy from people standing on their porches and backyards! It was like New Years #2! What scares me about this society is why people get excited over just a game when there are almost insurmountable serious problems abounding in this country and nobody seems to GARA! I guess I am a curmudgeon but that's the way I see it having been on this blue dot over 65 years.

It was kinda the same over here, too, (I'm only 1.5 hours away depending on traffic) though not to the extent of Bourbon St. lol, people screaming, horns honking, fireworks, the whole bit! I might have to go to NO this week when I'm off and have a little fun, time for a break, but I grew up with football, learned to love it from my dad, but c'mon, a Superbowl for the first time in franchise history, as in EVER??? Who Dat! Saints are marching into Miami!
