Stored Message Warning & other issues

Afternoon everyone,

So I've had my compass since December 17. I've encountered a few issues with it. Now that the weather is warming up, I'm going to take in so they can record the issue I have around the 35-40mph where it sounds like I'm riding road treads. From what I've investigated, it seems to be directly related to the rear module. Happens when it attempts to disengage rear axle. I've had some 70 degree days and it is still present.

Anyway, around 30 minutes ago when I started my vehicle, I received a message that my DRL were off. Finding that weird as I just purchased the vehicle, I checked and they were working fine. When I put it in reverse, I got several messages that my brake lights, turn signal, parking lights and reverse lights were off. Finding that extremely odd, I had someone double check all my lights and they were all working regularly. Wondered if it was a computer bug so turned off the vehicle and turned it back and no message came up.

Considering I'm having these kind of issues, should I consider taking in the vehicle earlier than expected to get a full check up?

The noise we have no current idea of as you most likely saw in the thead about this issue. There are many claims that a software fix is in the works very curious as to what you are told on this issue.


The thing with the lights I have not seen either but wonder have you replaced any bulbs with leds or wired up anything into the electrical system as I understand the system in the Compass can be very tempermental about this.

Haven't changed any lights in the system at all or have adjusted any wiring. This is the first message I saw pop up today. I've spoken to a Jeep representative on the phone when I did my review of the vehicle and they recommended just to take it in so that they were aware the issue was still prevalent.

I've scheduled an appointment with the dealership I've purchased the vehicle with. Definitely want to get it looked at in case any issues arise.
