Car Play Issues
Owner of a 2017 2nd Gen Trailhawk. We drive from Orlando, FL to Ellijay, GA (~500 miles) every other month. On every trip our Car Play feature disconnects & will not re-connect after anywhere from 300-500 miles. On several occasions the AC switched to heat & couldn't be controlled & navigation would only display "Loading" on screen. This condition continues until SUV is parked for several hours, then normal operation returns until the next 300-500 miles. Brought in for service & of course was informed "condition couldn't be recreated". Service advisor insists nothing can be done if they can't recreate symptoms. What options do I have? I can understand they can't "see" the problem, but we certainly do, leaving us w/o nav either through Car Play or Uconnect. And hot air blowing when it's 95 outside isn't pleasant. Any ideas?
