Lug Nuts Not Fully Torqued ?

Had an interesting find this weekend while rotating the tires for the first time at almost 11,000 miles. Past due I know, but the OEM Continentals are wearing perfect, so I kept procrastinating . Anyway, I was curious to see (verify) what the torque was before removal, so I set my wrench at 100ft-lbs and tested the lugs on the first rim. All 5 took some tightening before I heard the click. That seemed very odd, so on the next one I tried 60, 65, 70 and then at 77 the lug started to move. I checked the remaining two rims and to my surprise they were also torqued right at 77ft-lbs. This is a city/hwy Jeep and Ive had zero issues with these tires/rims at this torque. Just thought Id throw this info out there and its also a good idea to check the spare tire, mine only had 25.5psi, way below the 60psi recommended.
