2018 Jeep Compass thumbing at low speeds

I have a 2018 Jeep Compass. I recently had to have the front cv axle joint replaced and both front wheel bearings. My jeep doesn't even have 15,000 miles on it yet. Since getting it back i have noticed a thumping like feeling from the front end when driving at low speeds (18-20mph - you can't necessarily hear it, its more of a feeling) and it is more noticeable when braking slowly. I took it back to the dealer that replaced the joint and bearings and they would not feel this thumping. They think it could be tire cupping or the rotors. I don't think it is either since it does it as soon as i leave my house in the morning for work so the rotors haven't heated up yet. The also didn't notice the "tire cupping" when i had it in for the replacements or 4 days before the replacements when i had the oil changed. Now i have an appointment to take it to a different dealer. I had my husband drive it and he wasn't really able to notice it either but he drives a Ram 1500. He said that all he could feel was the road because of the tires, i guess, that are on my compass. I'm just trying to maybe pin point what the issue could be before i take it to the different dealer. The dealer that did the replacements did not do an alignment because it was not required for the cv joint replacement and would not be covered under the warranty. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
