You need to keep taking it back until they fix it. Been there and done that. many times they done bother to check if the problem is solve. The tech changes a part he is told to and as long as the connect system works he's done and on to the next job. He gets paid per job.
Maybe on the 5th or 6th try they'll get it sorted out. They will not listen to what a customer thinks is at fault. The want to know what your problem is and that is it. The have to determine what is wrong on their own. If its not acting up then it can take longer.
