How to remove front and back door speaker grilles? Sirius XM?

Good Afternoon fellow Jeep owners .
I have finally joined the jeep family after years of Honda ownership and have no regrets whatsoever with the switch. I have a few questions that are hopefully easy for you guys to answer. This jeep is w/o the Boston Acoustics system. I have bought 4 aftermarket 6 by 9s, but in looking at the grilles, I don't see an area that I can remove them from the front and back doors.
Also I was wondering, I bought a Kenwood DDX372BT double din player from crutchfield.ca and they said it is compatible and included all of the goodies as well. I was wondering is there anyway to use to stock Sirius XM adapter with this aftermarket player? I dread having to change it but if I do what would you guys reccomend?
Appreciate the views and help.
Thanks
