Warranty question compass 2009
3 days ago we drove our Jeep to a store and coming out of the store it just wouldn't start.
roadside towed it to the closest dealer
the next day I called them because I didn't hear a thing from the dealer and was told that it needs a PCM and it will be replace in the morning.
the next day I waited till 3 PM and called and they said the car has some major electrical issues?
now we are on day 3 and I called the dealer back for an update(as they haven't called me once to give me an update) they are now telling me that there are 2 Chrysler engineers working on it and they are baffled and can't figure it out.
my question is, we purchased the Extended warranty 5 years 160K and the Jeep is still covered. I am thinking that I should be getting a rental car if they can't figure it out? we paid close or over 5K for this warranty.
Jeep is in Brantford Ontario
