Picky brakes

I've noticed that the brakes on my Jeep are SUPER picky to any sand, dust, gravel, etc. They start squeaking when I drive in a dirty snow situation or on a gravel road. Usually a quick run through the car wash solves the problem but sometimes it gets damn cold here and I can't wash it.

Does anybody else out there have this issue with their brakes? I've never noticed it on any other vehicles I've owned.

Sounds like you have a lemon.... starter noise, and now breaks....
Is your dealership aware of these problems?

No because the damn thing never makes any noise when they have it. I mean, I've mentioned stuff but she behaves when I take her to the dealership. Kinda like a bratty little child.

The starter noise, or whatever it is, comes and goes. Did it yesterday morning but not today.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I managed to buy the biggest pile of ---- Compass, as far as random noises that pop up and go away. But as far as a lemon, it's not. It's not according to our lemon law, anyway.

Hi,

I don't know if you have this product in the States, it's called GT7, here's a quick link:
GT7
It's moisture and dirt repellent, it also lubricates, it cleans, oh dear, it practically does every thing you want :. Really, I use it on the brakes after washing my car and for a long time I'm using it on my son's Vespa, you should see its engine, it's sparkling new and all nuts and bolt remain clean of dirt. Mud, sand and stuff just doesn't get a hold of it. Anyhow, if you find, read the instructions carefully, (spray and clean) I'm convinced you'll be amazed!

Have fun, drive a Compass....
