So I was turning into my neighborhood today going about 15 mph and at about 45 degrees there was a quick grinding sound from the front right that disappeared as I went past 45 degrees to a sharper turn. Then as I was straightening back out to drive straight, the grinding sound occurred again at about the same angle. It sounds like a stretching noise.
I hear it now when I go over bumps that rock my vehicle side to side, however when I compress the suspension while it's stopped, I can't replicate it. It also doesn't happen when I'm turning at slow speeds or turning the wheels while the vehicle is stopped.
It seems to only occur when turning at such speeds where the weight of the vehicle pushing outwards (sideways) is substantial enough.
Any ideas?
