Replace headlight bulb

Any suggestions on what the best headlight bulb is when replacing? I have a 2011 and do not NEED to replace but would like a brighter output.

Also, any idea how to go about taking my headlight housing out to do this? Thank you!!

You really aren't going to gain much be replacing the headlight housing, these housings are the 2011+ are exactly the same p/n as the grand cherokees, if you are looking for greater output, Phillips Extreme Vision bulbs are probably the best bulb to upgrade too, or if you want a bit of extra white, the crystal vision ultra as well.

THe bulbs are super easy to access, if you just take a peak behind the housing under the hood the bulbs come right out with a twist.
