Tranny clunking? Axle clunking??

So one day I hit a boulder threw me up and was teeter tottering on a boulder larger then my jeep so glad I didn't roll. It went under the car hit the tow eye rolled up hit the skid plate and it punctured my tranny belly pan was out in the desert alone drove about 10 miles like it to get back into phone service. Parked it and replaced the tranny pan and refilled the trans oil and ever since it makes a clunking noise each time I take a turn left or right at around 1900-2100 RPMS does not make the clunking when straight or going over bumps and if I take the turns under 1900 or accelerate over 2100 RPMS no clunking so wasn't so sure if it was the tranny but maybe more of I think a uv joint or something like that within the axle. So please help me out here.
