My dealership stopped providing updates as of Friday. It is now Tuesday...
A long and pointless conversation this morning with Chrysler head office was mysteriously disconnected and they didn't bother calling back.
She said they don't provide delivery dates and when I asked her who did she said Chrysler. What the hell? [email protected]
me with something hard and sandpapery.
We talked in circles until the call dropped and she didn't call me back.
Last thing she said was my next point of contact should be the general manager.
1st call, uh I'm sorry he's busy can I take a message?
2nd call 3 hours later, because he never called back..
"He's tied up at the moment can I transfer you to his voicemail?"
Uh if he has voicemail why did you take a paper message before?
3rd call , voicemail again, no response.
Chrysler, you should have made better arrangements to deal with your transport issues before telling allied to stuff it. What do I get for all this?
