Fog Lights

Ok so a question for someone who can help. I live in Virginia. Does anyone know weather is is legal to drive with the fog lights and low beams on while on roads and highways? Can you point me to the reference so I can educate my self.

As far as I know so long as the lights are factory or oem brightness, low beams and fog lights are allowed together everywhere. It's high beams with fog or driving lights you can't do.

I don't know of any vehicle that allow Fog and High beam. Even a 2002 Explorer has that locked out so it goes back a long time.

Accept it or start Googling it yourself maybe you'll find your answer.
