Running a wire from the trunk to dash

I am trying to run a bass control knob from my subwoofer amp to my dash and was wondering the best way to run the wire to keep it hidden. If anyone has any tips or a video I would appreciate it!

I would route it to the driver's side, following the other wires to under the dash.

Clyde--True Blue Pearlcoat 2016 Compass Sport 2.4L 6-speed. Additions since brand new in September of 2016: 4X Alpine SPJ-691C3, Weathertech floor liner Front only, Scosche Magi-Mount, USB charging port added to glove box, USB charging ports added to rear passenger area, Hum, Curt 13081 class III receiver. More to come!!

I agree with above. Not Compass specifically but as an experienced(12 years) installer, it is usually easiest to pop the lower door sills loose on the drivers side and run the new wire either under the edge of the carpet or in the existing cable tray if there is one.

Not a professional but that is the easiest method. The next option could be to potentially route it under the carpet, under the back seat, under the center console, drill a little hole and mount it on the side lol
