Exclamation Cliking Noise

Hi, guys i'm new here, and i try to do my best writing in english so please sorry for any mistake.

I have a Compass 2.4L FDI autostick transmission, and right now when i release the accelerator hear a noise like a clunk then i parked, put in neutral and parking brake shift to drive and make a noise again any time i repeat N-D ; D-N.

i'm not sure if the problem is the transmission or the U-joint, so i appreciate any advice or help.
thanks Very much!!!

check your drive shaft universals joints and check your transmission fluid with engine running,
cold setting, then worm up and check hot. check the fluid on the stick , should be red, not brown and smell burned. the clicking sound can come from any were in the drive train, from differential to the cv joints to the brakes. has to be put on a lift and looked at.
