Re: should i get one?

Yes you should get one - I work for Chrysler, and i've had the compass for my Demo vehicle ever since it came out. I'm on my third one, and my forth demo should be showing up next week.
They ride great, just sip on gas - and it's a jeep!

As far as reliable, it's the same engine/tranny that other car companies have been using for years... and it's a jeep!

We've had ours over a year (over 16000 KM) with no problems at all. And that is in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada where it gets to -35c in the winter and +35c in the summer.

18,000km without a single trouble.
Flawless.
Montreal, also with nasty winter and tons of snow.

We're approaching our first Winnipeg winter with the Jeep. It's been the first time I've been a little anxious to see the snow.

Haha. I did say a little! If anything, it helps keep me from depression that I usually go into. :P

Re: should i get one?

Our Compass has been through war so far- smashed rear end, hail the size of baseballs, dogs on the inside, babies on the inside, 12 inches of snowy roads that werent plowed, scrapes and scratches from driving on our property, flat tires and more. Even after 22,000 miles of all this we would still not give up our Compass we love it, we put it through hell and it never hesitates to be just a great vehicle.
