Unhappy 2012 Compass throttle light and steering wheel issues

I bought a 2012 Compass with 35k miles on it in August 2016 (2 months ago). I have had many issues with the car since. Major issues are my steering wheel seized as if I didn't have power steering fluid causing me to almost lose control of my vehicle, and my throttle light keeps turning on, although I don't have issues with acceleration while the light is on. Smaller issues are: the heat doesn't work when the car is idle, the fuse keeps blowing for the 12 volt charger station and it sparks when you try to plug something in, and I had to have the brakes replaced (which seemed much too soon).

I have been back to the dealer multiple times. I refuse to drive the car after the steering issue, which they aren't sure they believe. The manager actually insinuated I must have stalled my vehicle. I assured him that it was running. The head mechanic has suggested twice that I engaged the throttle light by pressing the brake and gas peddle at the same time, which absolutely didn't happen and is hard to imagine as the vehicle is a manual. The 12 volt charging station that keeps having the fuse blown they also said was my fault because of my child's DVD player.

I've seen other posts about the steering issue with the suggestion that it's electric. Does anyone have any thoughts about what's happening with my vehicle? I feel like the dealer doesn't want to be responsible for the issues, but the car isn't safe to drive. I commute about 80 miles round-trip to work each day as a teacher, and my daughter rides with me. I can't jeopardize her safety.

Thanks, LVW

My first thought is whether this has been in an accident. A majority of the wiring is unprotected behind the drivers fender going under the floor where the foot pad is into the under dash area.

All those issuses are clearly some fault existing but whether its one or many causing the problem. I am gathering you have a warranty with that purchase. Clearly a LEMON maybe there is a protection organization which will force them to take it back.
