Your dietary habits affect your exercise results to a great extent. How much weight you lose and how much benefit you’ll get from your workout depends upon what you eat before and after your training. If you fail to provide your muscles with proper nourishment within 30 minutes of pre and post training, a catabolic process will occur – this means your muscles could be wasting even after all that hard work you’ve put in on the gym floor! To counter this, take fast assimilating proteins (Protein Isolate) fibrous carbs and the right kind of fats after exercise.
