My 2010 Compass has 25,000 miles and have had no problems. However, on several occasions it would not start on the first or second try. It would then start and run as good as ever. This continued several times and I took it to the dealer. They put it on a machine and the UO141 code came up. They cleared the code. But the next day the same thing happened. Not starting on the first or second try. Took it back. They said it was a problem with the TIPM. "PERHAPS" They were not sure. They advised replacing the entire module at a cost of about $1000. Since the module is fuse box, why does the complete box need to be replaced.
