Is there anything wrong with the battery? If it works perfectly fine there's no reason to change it.

Garage
go to auto zone or any auto store ,and have them put a load tester on it.

A load test would be the best way to do it. Sitting for a week and dying I can't say is normal, but does happen depending on battery condition.

A load tester is a good tool to have, and not expensive.

You don't actually need to change out your battery unless there are really quite big problems with it. I think most of the guys here have already given you the advice that you need. Get it tested for its charge and then decide whether you need to do anything about it.

Battery changed now limp mode

Hi, I have a 2012 compass and just changed the battery, now it's gone into limp mode? What's the cause of this?
