Stop/Start no longer working, lane sense ‘requires service’ - what could the issue be

I bought the car as an ex-demo several months ago. It was built in December 2017, so still new.

Since driving it, I’ve noticed that the head unit will occasionally restart itself when there are a bunch of parking sensors going off at once, sometimes it’ll hang on the Jeep logo when I start the car, and a few times I’ve had issues where no audio will come from the speakers at all - regardless of if it’s a phone call, music from my phone or the radio, or even just pressing buttons on the screen. I took it back to the dealership and (of course) they couldn’t replicate the issue, but they did reset it and it has been going okay for the last two weeks since. So that issue may be fixed and unrelated. But a few days ago I noticed the my Stop/Start hasn’t been kicking in anymore, and my lane sense has been turning itself off more frequently with the occasional ‘Lane Sense unavailable - service required’ message. Other times it’ll just say ‘Lane Sense Off’.

Any idea what these issues may be caused by so I have some idea when I contact the dealership (again)?

Have the dealership check your BCM. Mine was doing the same thing.
