Engine & Transmission Flush ???..........

.I'm curious about Engine & Transmission Flushes ?? The Heater from day one off the Show Room floor has been nothing but Outstanding, we live approximately 2 km's from a main provincial highway, if we leave almost immediately from a cold start by the time we hit the highway we are toasty warm...My query is this, should I have the system flushed and new anti freeze installed now or wait until the heater shows signs of being weak or of course when I start seeing puddles under the car..lol..Same query for the Transmission, to date the Transmission has performed flawlessly..I've never been in a situation getting stuck in snow to have to rock car to get free..Nor would I even think of rocking the transmission back and forth from Reverse to Forward and back...Your Thoughts, Thank You...

Sorry, I've Edited my Query as it appears I'm getting a way more Viewings than Answers..Unfortunately the 2 Responses I had gotten didn't answer my Question...Thanks

Congrats!! And god luck!!

Thats my goal also. Due to some future plans my wife and I have that will demand a lot of our financial resources for the next few years, last october I decided to trade our old car for a brand new Compass, with all the perks I wanted already included and planning on keeping this car for as long as possible and having the car as one thing less to think about (except for maintenance, of course).

So if all goes right, I hope we can drive our Compasses until the wheels fall off

I wouldn't buy a compass to last!
I've already had my balls joints, tie rods (@ 55K KM), front struts and sway bar links (@94K KM) replaced.

If Chrysler would hurry up and start realizing that the there is a big problem with the parts they are putting into these cars.
I hope that you have taken the extended warranty out on your new cars. I did, and luckily the replacement parts are all covered, along with the warranty.

I'm pretty sure, from what I've seen on this and other forums, the old parts in the 07-10 compass' are the same that they have put into the new 11/12. Don't quote me on that, but I believe they have changed the outside more than anything.
