Door knocking/clunk

2009 compass 4x4 mountain edition. drivers door or possibly left rear one seems to have an annoying clunk, like almost the door is loose.. hitting the breaks, acceleration or rough road makes it knock.

anyone else had this problem or solution??

thanks for your help!

Welcome to the forum glad you found us......tell us more about yourself and your ride......I have no idea on your condition and as far as noises and all and plus the fact that it's still under warranty..............bring it to the stealership..........and let figure it out !

Welcome to the forum, glad to have you! Sounds like the door is not aligned properly on the hinges. Does anything look out of place as far as the fit of the door? Like Ffl said, I would take it in, especially if you have a warranty.

Most likely the rear strut assembly is shot. You pretty well have to replace them in pairs or the springs will be different.
