Something twisting and/or bushings are worn. A-arms for one may cause this if their bushings are shot. i never heard this happening.

Was it in an accident? have it checked at a different dealer. The skills are different at different dealers mechanics. Oh did they test drive it and feel the issue?

Before I got it from CarMax they said it used to be in the rental car and they did test drive it they said they could feel it pull to the right when the mechanic checked everything they said everything looks good nothing like it was bent are offline he said he also drove a 2016 that have it different transmission and it pulls a little bit to the right but not like the way mine does they said the reason it does that is because torque steering does anyone else have that problem with their Jeep Compass

Well its up to you. Only a good shop or mechanic can determine the problem. You can call Jeep customer service for a factory tech to meet at the dealer of choice or live with it. I suppose you could say you can't drive it like that. Its not normal clearly and may lead to an accident one day.
