Pics of KMC HD series Heist, 235/60r18 Kuhmo apt

Hi just got my new wheels installed today even though I was going to try to hold out until winter was over. They are KMC heist 18 x 8 +35 offset, with Kuhmo road venture apt 235/60r18 tires. The tires are mainly highway tires(I drive 80 miles a day) but also have 5/10 off-road rating and are mud+snow rated so they should be good enough to hit some trails. Very very slight rub only at full lock, does not rub during normal driving sharp turns. I will not be adding spacers as I do not drive with the wheel fully locked one way or the other and the wheels seem to sit pretty flush with the fender, at least closer than stock. I think the wheels make it look a lot meaner and help get rid of that grocery getter look. Took quick snapshots can take better pictures tomorrow.

that looks good now your SUV, I also put 235/60 r18 with some rubbing on the front wheel to full lock. I worry a bit that this friction damage the tire or the structure of the truck and why I am considering putting slim spacers. I Put pictures soon

Looks good, I have a set of 19" Caliber SRT wheels, I bought a set of 245/55/19 tires to put on, once I get them mounted i'll post some pictures.

Here is a picture of them with the 225/45/19 tires on, wayyy too small for my lifted compass!

I know the small wheel big tire look is popular but I think that looks better on the patriots. Compass looks good with a bigger rim. Your setup should look great once you get those meatier tires put on.

235/70/19 doesn't exist as a size. I have the tires mounted on the wheels now, just not put on to my compass yet. I will probably do that tomorrow or the day after.

I was also thinking 235/55/19 as its only 29.1" in diameter, which is the same size as the 235/65/17 I used to run, I've run a pile of different wheel sizes on my compass.

215/65/17 Stock
235/65/17
245/65/17
225/55/18
225/60/18
225/45/19
and finally 245/55/19

The 245/55/19 are just a wee bit bigger than the 245/65/17 I have now so it's going to be the absolute biggest size you will be able to run on these vehicle.

225/45/19 does work if you lower your compass.....

On a non lifted patriot

yes 29.1" diameter is the same as my setup so potential for rubbing. But your lifted and probably have spacers so you could try the 245 width tire
