Buying new tires need help with size

I have been reading a lot of post on here but just need a definite answer on tire size.

It's a stock 2012 compass sport with 17" rims. I have been looking at 225/65r17 geolander at/s tires. Will these fit with no issue (rubbing system issues ext.) or is there other things that need to be done for this applacation?

And is there anybody else running these on there compass and if so how do you like them?

I ran Nokian WGR2 earlier on my Compass. The traction was very good and they were one of their 2nd generation All Weather year round tire. They had various tread patterns for conditions. In the end the 2nd year they got so noisy and howled while driving at all speeds. The didn't wear properly.

I had the 1st gen on my Grand Cherokee for most if its life as well as my sons Explorer. He still riding on them which are a heavier tire without they multi thread design. They were and are fantastic. I don't know anything about that one but if its a winter only tire you won't go wrong if its like the 2nd gen WGR2 then I wouldn't go with them.

I dumped my Nokians because of noise this year with lots of tread on them. My sanity was being affected.
