2016 Jeep compass high altitude/cold weather package

Having trouble with my radio it first started with it at 7 AM getting more static he and worst reception then progressed to my satellite radio cutting in and out every 3 to 4 seconds and now it’s even doing the same cutting in and out with my Bluetooth to Apple CarPlay I don’t know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?
