Anyone else have this problem . Driving from Florida to Michigan we got into Ohio and got low tire pressure warning. Stopped to try to put air in and cannot remove the caps. It is like it is al one piece. Tried the other tires they are all the same. Called road service and he could not remove it either. Tire pressure kept going down and now it is 19 so decided to get a hotel and most likely having it towed to a Jeep dealer in the morning. This vehicle has no spare, just a tire repair kit which is useless if you cannot remove the valve stem cap. Please let me know if anyone knows what is going on with these. I assume they are defective.

Never heard of anything like this. Maybe someone put them on too tight or some psycho glued them on as a prank. You don't want to twist the stem itself and wreck it so if it were me I'd try holding the stem from twisting with one set of pliers and twist the cap with a second set of pliers. Righty-tighty lefty-loosy. A second set of hands would help.

If you are loosing air to that extent you probably have a nail or something....
