I wish we can see the updates and release dates and also push the system to manually check. I have not seen the error after the last update around a month ago

The over-the-air update for the telematics box module was released 3/25/22. You should have received a prompt on your radio screen walking you through an update. If you did not receive the update or are still experiencing this concern, feel free to send us a PM with your VIN for further investigation of the concern.

I purchased a Jeep Compass one month ago....have not yet set up Uconnect but I am receiving an error message: "Uconnect box requires service. Please visit an authorized dealer."
