Consumers Report had finalized the top American manufacturers and low and behold Chrysler is very worst of all across the board in all metrics. Why am I not surprised. With the experiences of others and my own I've heard about on this forum its been pointing to that for some time. Even dealing with dealer including the good ones service is limited and poor due to intervention by the head office support group who have the final say on whether to repair the problem or dub it as Normal and send you on your way. They have done this to me a number of times, hence I talk from experience.
