Bought a 2023 jeep compass with 14,000 miles on it. Have had the jeep around 5 months and miles are at 24,000 now and was driving when all of the sudden it started flashing temp hot pulled over with the hood smoking and the coolant looking like peanut butter had it towed to the dealership where it took 4 days to get a rental got the jeep back a week later on the 20th of December and on the 24th it started the same thing all over again so had to have it towed back to the dealership once again. The first time they put a new cooler on it.What do I do if this continues?? Is this a known problem with the 2023 jeep compass?

If your coolant looked like peanut butter, it sounds like someone put the wrong type of coolant in it, without flushing the original coolant out. It's not like the old days where all cars used the same coolant, and if different types of coolant are mixed they turn to sludge. That causes cooling system failure and overheating, which can do things like crack the head gasket or even the head itself... and if there is steam in your exhaust then one of those two things happened. You need to figure out who put the wrong coolant in and they should be fixing it.
