Welcome! I edited the title of your thread so others will have a clue what your problem is.

Did your dealer give you any explanation the first time this happened?

I've not had your problem, but I suspect coolant was added that was not compatible with the OEM coolant. I'm surprised a dealer didn't give it a complete flush. It must be a thorough flush and not just a drain & fill! Any residue can contaminate the new juice.

Worst case scenario the overheating warped the head and you're getting oil in the coolant. Again, a dealer should have spotted that.

Any steam coming out of the exhaust?

I think we all agree that the mixed coolant caused the problem -- the fluid coagulated and couldn't circulate, overheating the engine and likely cause the head to warp or crack. I wish I had better news.

If you're under a warranty, then it should cover. However, aftermarket warranties are notorious for dodging coverage. The dealer might be able to make the aftermarket warranty pay. Expect some sort of deal like they may pay the parts only (cheap), not the labor (expensive).

Good luck, and I mean it. When the replacement tranny in my Patriot failed, my dealer got it replaced again -- parts and labor -- at no charge.
