So basically its got round to winter and the nights are dark, the lights are 'ok' on my 2011 Compass but not great. I did some research online about different lamps and the only thing that kept coming up was using 'H11' lamps, which when I checked mine takes H9, I dont know where they came to that conclusion. H9's are 65w, but H11's are 55w, I bought some H11 Osram Nightbreaker lamps which are so good they give out the same light as the stock lamp! Oh and you have to modify the lamps to fit, both the connector and the little locating lobes.

So I though this is stupid, there must be a H9 version, but the only one I can find is a 75w H9, which I am not sure even meets my local lighting regulations (I'm not even sure the factory ones do!), While I am tempted to ignore the regulations, what I cant ignore is the design of the wiring loom.

Anyone know what the rated power of the headlight loom is? Alternatively an upgraded 65w version of the H9?
