I purchased a 2019 Limited the end of December. 9 times I pressed the start and the engine won't start although the radio, lights, etc work. I took it into the Dealership and because there are no codes (codes disappear when the car finally starts after sitting for 5-10 minutes) they told me they won't repair it and basically it isn't my problem. I love the car but sadly I had to file a Lemon Claim. Very sad that the dealer basically told me "it's not our fault that Chrysler manufactured a dud." Really? Just waiting for the claim to resolve; not sure if I want a brand new Compass or another SUV. Any thoughts?

Yes, this happened to me. I have a 2019 Trailhawk, and had problems from the beginning, just like you’re describing. After weeks of frustration and a bunch of trips to the dealership, a software patch came out. After the update, I haven’t had any problems at all. I think the release date for the update was around March 22nd. Hope that helps!
