2018 Latitude 32k miles. Within the past few months the gas pump shuts off every few seconds. It only works if you feather the nozzle handle and monitor it. I was rear ended the day before Thanksgiving, around when i started having this problem. Do you think it's coincidence or something related to being rear ended (I'm not sure how but thought I'd ask). Jeep hasn't been repaired yet so I can bring it up if it is related.
Thanks!!

Could easily be related. Worst case maybe part of the fill neck is kinked or pinched off... I would definitely bring it up as part of the damage and repairs. If they say its not related well my filler neck is temperamental all the time too at various pumps, if I stick it in too far or at a bad angle, etc. Some pumps take a lot of fiddling to find the sweet spot.

I was thinking maybe a pinched tube. But if it’s the canister that’s warranty anyways. The problem is - pumps that have worked fine before dont now which is why I thought maybe it was accident related.
