Here are two post. Im exhausted. Ill edit and post the rest tomorrow. I need to still install the camera and the Microphone.

I have a lot of the wiring photo as well. It took me a while to figure out which harness and how to actually program the PAC steering wheel controls. It doesn't make any sense on the directions. Took me about an hour with trial and error to get it programmed. Works like a champ now. Also did the Mute Wire Bypass. It also has the VSS and reverse signals hooked up and it still plays netflix while doing 60... lol Some people experienced issues when the vehicle started moving.

Crutchfield actually did me right this time. Sent everything needed. The ONLY snag was the Mounting bracket for the old REQ. I had to dremel the top of it out and bend the lower supports down off an angle. Good thing i had the 110 power plug in the console lol easy to run the dremel in the car lol

and this is stupid but the best feature, well the one that made me chuckle was the button colors. You can select ANY color to illuminate the buttons. So i matched it to the OEM green and it looks like it came in the car lol.

Here are a couple more pictures. I will get some more pics when i do the camera and Mic. that way i have daylight. Ill get pics of the modifictions to the dash as well and where to stuff all the boxes and how to make the OEM Sirius Antenna work with the Aftermarket Tuner box.

You can See how many harness's it takes and how the wiring was done. I wired Everything together into a single harness for ease of install. The Mute Bypass is simple. You remove the mute wire from the AV harness and move it up one slot then ground it to the brake wire and stereo ground. Simple.

You can also see in the DARK DARK pic the colors on the buttons. I was trying to match it as close to OEM as possible. Its a real nice feature i think. Makes it look OEM, which i prefer.

I waited for this one since i saw it at the electronics show. It boots pretty quick. By the time im hitting reverse and the camera comes on its already loaded. Its playing sirius before the Main Page is up. I have no complaints with it. Camera and Mic are tonight if the light stays up long enough to run the wires i need to.

So i just wanted to post this up for all you pioneer guys. I had to switch from Sirius to XM, it was bugging me way too much. The Sirius Unit is not a Pioneer controller or receiver. You have to purchase two seperate boxes for Sirius but you lose many features that you would have with XM. So i wanted to show you a side by side comparison between XM and Sirius on the AVIC Z140BH

Youll notice on the XM you Have Station IDs on the Stored Stations list. You also get Song Track, Album, Artist, and Station ID. Clicking on either of those will give you a list of Current songs on all XM stations and Current Artists or Games on Each Station. Programing is nearly identical and price is the same. Id recommend going XM from the get go. Fortunetly I had $44 in crustfield dollars and the Unit had a $50 rebate so it only cost me $5 to buy it, ill actually be making $45 on the unit since my buddy is buying the Sirius tuner for his Clarion for $50.
