I just realized three weeks ago that there was a sub frame extended warranty due to corrosion and rust.
This should have been a recall and proper notification should have been sent. I did not receive any notifications about this issue and extended warranty either.
I've been a Jeep client for almost 15 years.
I've submitted 2 case #s to Chrysler and and have not received a call to confirm they will honor fix it.
Despite multiple calls to the dealer and Chrysler they keep giving me the run around that the reginal manager is still looking into it. I have not driven the car for a month now.
Having repaired multiple parts in the front wheel and spending thousands to fix the problem and now realizing that there was a problem with the subframe. Can anyone suggest what I can do about this?
