I'm wondering if you can help me with my 2014 Jeep Compass.

It's developed a throttle body icing issue - the throttle body freezes from condensation. It's been persistent problem with the sub-zero temperatures we've been experiencing.

The Jeep is very difficult to start, it idles poorly, doesn't go into high idle for the first 30 second after startup.

The ETC and MIL both illuminate as well - P2072 - (throttle actuator control - ice blockage)

I've taken the intake apart and confirmed the presence of moisture/ condensation on the throttle plate. I'm stumped on trying to figure out where this moisture is coming from? Could it be a bad PCV valve, crack in my intake hose?

I've got the 2.4L World Gas Engine, with 30,000 miles. I've never experienced this issue since purchasing this vehicle four years ago.

I would be grateful for any advice.
