Hi everyone....just bought a new Compass a couple of days ago! I was searching for a Compass forum, spotted this one and find out it's local too!! We were originally going to buy a Caliber SXT, but my DH spotted the Compass and we bought it from out of the showroom. Sorry to those people who showed up literally 5 min too late!! Anyway, it is the Compass Limited, 4x4, inferno red, and nearly loaded (no security group, GPS Nav radio, or tow pkg). Love those 2-toned grey leather seats! I've already christened the cargo area with an rv antifreeze spill, so I am loving that plastic liner too!

Welcome to the site! I'm from Saskatoon, where are you located?

I bought my Compass in August (there were only 135 sold in Canada in August). We were also going to buy a Caliber... I wanted to order an orange one. Then my wife saw the Compass and LOVED it. So, long story short that's what we bought. They only had one on the lot, but we HAD to have it. Paid full sticker price with a not-so-great trade-in value. Oh well, we're happy with the Compass.

Let me know if you have any questions. These forums were just started so I expect them to get more busy as word spreads about the Compass and as people buy them. 8)

I'm on an acreage just outside Saskatoon, about 25 min away. Small world isn't it!

I'm glad to hear you are happy with your Compass and I hope I will be too! I think forums are great. I was constantly reading the Caliber forums, since I was planning on buying one, and learned a lot of info on problems to watch out for and their fixes. I'm sure this forum will be the same way.

Hahaha! That's our story. We were going for the Dodge, but I LOVED the compass. Plus there was more room in the back for my 2 year old's car seat. Today is my first day of ownership, and i can't stop smiling.

I can't WAIT to be posting the same kinda thing, and believe me, today, I could have used the 4x4 as it's snowing like crazy out there right now. What a joy.....working the night shift with the extra hour due to daylight savings change, AND leaving work to LOT's of snow!
