Hi, I'm in Calgary, Canada and am thinking of buying a new Trailhawk and doing research on current owners experiences and issues. And there certainly seems to be a lot of issues at first glance! Especially with all the electronics. Not so much with the mechanicals. Definitely appears to be a ghost in the machine with some owner's vehicles. Hopefully I'll get a better feel for just how significant and common all the problems are before I decide on a purchase.

As someone here said on a different post, in most instances the complaints you hear are not on every Compass. I personally don't have ALL of the tech gadgets, but my Jeep has way more than it's fair share. I've owned my '18 Latitude 4x4 for a month now, and my wife has a similarly equipped '18 Compass. Knock on wood, no actual issues yet on either. We've each racked up close to 3000 miles in that short time, and the only issues I've had so far were operator error... As in I should read the owner's manual. Lol

Hi, I'm in Edmonton. I picked up my compass back in October of last year and have no complaints. I have the Sport 4x4 MT with cold weather pkg and back up camera. Pretty basic and I am loving it. I've taken it in for the airbag recall and I did have a problem with the plastic piece between windshield and hood on the outside driver's side. Issues have been resolved.

I've had my car for 170 days and still open the garage door every once in a while to take a look and grin. I love my Jeep.
