I've spent the weekend up in Big Bear, CA and decided to take my Trailhawk on some off road adventures and i am quite impressed. Definitely see potential, definitely need a lift kit though lol

Yes, and some more aggressive tires help, too <img src="http://www.myjeepcompass.com/forums/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" border="0" alt="" title="" class="inlineimg" />
once I put the lift kit on I'll be upgrading my tires as well

Really cool!!
I've been tempted to try mine off-road, but it's only a 4x4 Latitude. Lol
definitely take it off-road. Just be careful going into ditches and climbing things, that front bumper takes away some of the entry angle and ground clearance

THomas Kerr, whose lift kit and what size tires please?
It has the Teraflex 1.5" lift and BFG K02's in 225/65 17. Spare on stock rim fits under rear tray. Some may go wider with more sidewall, but I didn't want any rubbing (even at lock) and wanted to maintain stock speedometer ratios.
