I don't know if this has been discussed before, but my wife noticed on her 2018 Compass that no odometer is displayed while driving. I have run through all the settings and found no odometer settings. The odometer only shows when the door is opened before starting the vehicle and when trip info is in. Is there any way to have an odometer display all the time? My 2016 Cherokee TH shows an odometer all the time, as have all the other FCA vehicles we have owned.

My odometer shows all the time. I have a 2018 Latitude. Here’s a screenshot from a video that was taken last year just to show you:

On my 2018 Longitude I don’t have the colour display but it shows the odometer in the same place at the bottom in the middle. When the CC is on it shows the set speed there instead

I remember the day I got the car I had a long trip home and had the CC on all the way and spent a little while wondering where the odometer was. It was only when I turned the car on the next morning that I saw it

I had to turn off the MPH alert on mine and now the odometer is always visible
YES - This!!!

Was trying to figure this out, on my 2019 Compass, could not find the odometer until shutdown and open the door. At first oil change asked the Jeep Counter person, and 2 sales persons, but they couldn't explain where the odometer reading was.

Thank you for this forum posting. I removed the MPH alert and voila, I now have an odometer in the speedometer.

Thanx for the tip, my wife was asking about this but I couldn't make it happen. Now I'll be the Hero!
